It has fast absorption speed, outstanding gel strength and good preserving water capability, and good blood-friendly performance. It is suitable for high-end sanitary napkins. The machine is beneficial to the absorption and diffusion of viscous liquids such as plasma.

Super Absorbent Polymer is a range of superabsorbent anionic polyacrylamide polymers. They are crosslinked copolymers of acrylamide and potassium acrylate that are water insoluble.
Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) polyacrylamide is a new type macro molecular synthetic material, which can absorb water of hundreds times of its weight in a short time and form granule formations in soil to enhance dank and ventilating ability. It is one kind of functionality macro molecule polymer which is non-toxic, non-irritating and non-corrosive. It can not conflagrate and blast.

How super absorbent polymer Works:
The super absorbent polymer consists of a set of polymeric chains that are parallel to each other and regularly linked to each other by cross-linking agents, thus forming a network. When water comes into contact with one of these chains, it is drawn into the molecule by osmosis. Water rapidly migrates into the interior of the polymer network where it is stored.
The more the polymer is crosslinked, the tighter the network. Thus absorption capacity decreases but the polymer remains more stable over time.

(1) Resin minyak bumi

Resin minyak bumi adalah sejenis resin termoplastik yang dihasilkan dari fraksi C5 dan C9 produk sampingan dari retak minyak bumi melalui pra-perawatan, polimerisasi, distilasi, dll. Ini bukan polimer tinggi tetapi polimer rendah dengan berat molekul antara 300-3000. Resin minyak bumi umumnya dikategorikan sebagai monomer alifatik C5, C9 aromatik, DCPD dan murni seperti poli SM, AMS dan empat jenis produk lainnya.

(2) Sodium poliakrilat

Sodium poliacrylate sering digunakan sebagai zat pengolahan air, pemurnian air asin dan penebalan lateks, tetapi juga sebagai viskositas makanan, emulsifikasi. Sodium poliacrylate sangat basah, adalah sejenis senyawa polimer dengan gugus hidrofilik dan hidrofobik. Perlahan-lahan dapat larut dalam air untuk membentuk cairan transparan yang sangat kental, viskositas larutan 0,5% adalah sekitar 1PA-S, dan viskositasnya kira-kira sama dengan CMC, yaitu 15 ~ 20 kali natrium alginat.
